Why do you need my credit card? We use your credit card to track your purchases and give you automatic credit toward your next reward. This means you don’t have to carry an extra card or enter your phone number or email address at the time of purchase. The more purchases you make that are automatically detected means more rewards for you!Is my credit card information stored? No. We neither store nor see your credit card information. We integrate directly with Visa, MasterCard and American Express, who already have your card information. By entering your credit card, your purchases will automatically credit toward your next reward. When you register your card with the app, your card number is encrypted and your card provider sends us a notification when you use it to make a purchase at a participating location.
We never know your number or even see your credit card. We will not and cannot charge your card, nor can your card be stolen from us - we do not have your card information. All data sent to and from your phone is encrypted.
Can I earn rewards progress if I use cash? Yes! If you make a cash purchase, you can submit your receipt through the app for credit. Simply go to the "Rewards" page then to the "More" section (Apple iOS) or scroll down (Android) and click the 'send photo of receipt' button. Make sure the location address, date, amount, and method of payment are clear in the photo to ensure quick processing.Can I use multiple credit cards to earn rewards? Yes! Any card you have registered to your account will earn rewards at participating merchants. You can register as many cards as you like.
At this time you can earn progress with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Some cards may not accrue progress (the card companies sometimes don't send us notifications for pre-paid cards, cards issued outside the US, etc). If that happens, just send us a snapshot of the receipt.Can I use a gift card to make purchases online? Yes, but you will not earn rewards from using a gift card.
