All catering options include: bread, buns, pickles, peppers, onions, plates, napkins and utensils.


Meats: chopped brisket, boneless chicken, pulled pork, smoked bologna (at select locations), smoked ham (at select locations), smoked sausage, hot links, sliced brisket and smoked turkey.
Salads & Desserts: jumbo garden salad (serves 10) for $14.99, homemade cobbler (serves 15) for $24.99, brownies (serves 20) for $14.99, and assorted cookies (one dozen) for $9.99.

Drinks: Iced tea or lemonade (.99 per person), including cups, ice, lemons and sweetener. Also, you can add a rack of St. Louis Style ribs for only $16.99 or chips, salsa and queso for $3.99. Servers are available for an additional charge. Ask for details. All major credit cards accepted. A deposit may be required. Because our food is purchased and prepared fresh for each order, cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to catering event. Late cancellations will be charged 75 percent of order total.
