Believe us, we wanted turkey back more than anyone else in Oklahoma! The pandemic did a number on suppliers, but we’ve finally signed on the dotted line and found a partner that’s getting us fresh turkey breast at last! Besides smoked turkey by-the-pound, we’ve brought back two of our favorite Pitmaster’s Picks, introduced a new sandwich, and brought in a couple new sauce flavors that’ll make those birds sing!
So what’s so special about our smoked turkey? We start with a whole, raw breast then slather it and season it with our ‘Crib Dust and smoke it low on green hickory ’til it’s tender and ready to rest. Turkey is one of our most requested meats and we’re pleased to finally bring it BACK.
But what’s all this sauce business? RibCrib is all about smoked meats AND sauces. We love BBQ from regions around the U.S.A. and we wanted to introduce some of these flavors to our fans. Soon, you’ll find Mild, Spicy, Sweet, ‘Bama, and Okie Gold on every table at your local ‘Crib!
